Key Initiatives

We are involved in many of the key initiatives that take place within our complex landscape. Particularly where there are opportunities to integrate or repurpose our materials, techniques and expertise within new programmes of work.

Wider relevance

Initially working in the Higher and Further Education & Skills Sectors in the UK, it is increasingly apparent that these approaches are valuable in other sectors and as such we now contribute to other parts of the public service arena.

Focus on greatest impact

We focus on areas that have the potential to create the greatest impact, to enhance the users’ experience, particularly in relation to people with disabilities or learning difficulties.

We provide contextualised resources and exemplars for a range of job functions (not simply the disability specialists) to demonstrate accessible practices and tools to support organisational development.

This approach has meant working with a range of partners within the various sectors in which we operate.

Most recently, we have been doing some exciting work with the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills.
