Projects & Partnerships

Influence

We seek to influence policy, future thinking and change, ensuring that inclusion and accessibility remain high on the agenda.

To increase our effectiveness, we work in partnership with other organisations who have influence with our key audiences. This may be government departments, professional bodies, charities or specialist schools.

Key initiatives

We are involved in a number of key initiatives that demand our attention. Sometimes these are the result of a successful funding bid, such as the BIS projects or the Discover Jisc project.

Sometimes they are the result of years of working in partnership with like-minded people in other organisations and agencies such as our work in the Publishing Industry.

Partner of choice

Jisc Techdis is now the partner of choice for many organisations seeking to deliver large or small scale programmes which need to include expert guidance or materials to improve the accessibility of teaching and learning; deliver staff development; provide and support assistive technologies; create content; innovate in teaching and learning; demonstrate effective use of productivity tools or support external engagement activities.
